Esther’s Angels Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization with a heart of compassion and hands of service. Our Vision is to operate with unwavering transparency and accountability while creating a space of comfort and peace of mind.
We assist economically insecure older adults in enhancing their quality of life by assisting with basic home care needs and/or repairs. These may include, but are not limited to, roof repairs, plumbing issues, faulty cooling/heating systems, lawn care, and pest infestations. Referrals and applications are all considered on a case-by-case basis.
The U.S. Census Bureau's 2023 Current Population Survey reports “approximately 28% of U.S. adults aged 65 and older live alone. This includes roughly 16 million people, with women making up a larger portion of this demographic than men. The percentage of seniors living alone significantly increases with age, with around 43% of women over 75 living independently.”
It is safe to assume these numbers will change significantly by the next census. Esther’s Angels Inc. stands ready to assist in lessening the burden. Our values serve as our North Star: Compassion, Integrity, and Accountability. We demonstrate compassion for our recipients, uphold integrity with our community partners and recipients, and maintain Accountability to our supporters.
